Holy Week and Easter Schedule

On Palm Sunday, I ask that you join me in placing a palm frond on your door (most yards in South Florida have some type of palm in them). This would help us, despite the social distancing, to be connected as we enter into the Holiest of Weeks. We may be physically isolated, but not separated. We are united as the body of Christ.

In our efforts to comply with the guidance of the civil authorities, and our concern for the wellbeing of everyone, out church will offer the following, in observance of Holy Week and Easter:

* The Church and chapel must remain shut to the public.

* Since the restrictions were put in place our Priests celebrate Mass privately every day, for all our parishioners and for the Mass intentions requested.

* Even though groups are forbidden to convene,  individual families are invited to perform the Stations of the Cross, pray the Rosary and visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Knock in our prayer garden outdoors at any time; the social distancing must be observed

* Easter Sunday will lack the usual festivities of Mass and Easter Egg Hunt

* Sandwiches and pantry items are still being accepted and delivered on Good Friday and every Friday.

* This week’s Church bulletin is available on line at stpaulslhp.org
