The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated by Archbishop Thomas Wenski on Sunday, April 18th at the 9 a.m. Mass.

Congratulations to Tommy Breza, Andrew Byrnes, John Cecil, Megan Cecil, Gabriella Guida, Nicholas Guida, Sophia Harrison, Kellen Hoag, Anthony Lassotovitch, John Lassotovitch, Avery Louviere, Miles Louviere, Eve Rogers, Natalia Rogue, Clara Thomas, Chase Thompson, Mia Thompson, and Heidi Maria Victoria.

I offer a special word of thanks to those who prepared the retreat:  Religious Education Director Lori Milano, Deacon Gregory and his wife Heidi, Mr. Rogers, Father Matthew and Vinod, and the prayers of the parents and parishioners.

Our effort is under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Saint Paul the Apostle, and the parents, who play a crucial role.

Together, with God’s help, we will have a joyful celebration.

Pope Francis made a point when speaking to a group of students approaching Confirmation to remember that Confirmation is not the “sacramento di arrivaderci!” (the sacrament of see you later).  Confirmation is not an end but a beginning.  Let us pray that the students walk ever in the Lord, and my His Spirit be with them at all times
