First Holy Communion

On May 5, 2024, our faith formation students received their First Holy Communion. This year has been an important time in the life of the children.  What a great gift God has given us in this Sacrament! The Catechism of the Catholic Church teaches, “The Holy Eucharist completes Christian Initiation. It is the source and summit of the Christian life.” At this time, we are reminded of the tremendous love God has for each of us. Through the gift of the Holy Eucharist, our Lord gives Himself to us – His Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity under the appearance of bread and wine. We are very proud of the students as they continue to grow in their faith as well as the love for and understanding of God. We pray that they will continue down this journey of seeking God’s guidance and direction. Congratulations!
